Caregiving in our homes must be felt as a "calling." Each staff member is carefully selected, only after thorough background screening, and an in-depth interview with the Administrator. Training is ongoing by qualified professionals, with special instruction in the care of Alzheimer's and Dementia. Daily resident/caregiver exchanges give substantial testimony to the sensitivity, warmth, and compassion felt in our staffs' personal care. Their understanding of our residents needs is evident and constant.
